Walk out with a finished application and a fee you already knew.

Five services, five prices, zero hourly meters. Pick one, stack a few, or ask us what fits. We'll answer honestly, even if the answer is “not us.”

The price list

Every line has a number next to it.

Fees are fixed, quoted in writing after a 20-minute call, and charged once. If your project is oddly shaped, that call is where we say so.

the budget narrative

A line-by-line justification that survives a program officer's pencil, and agrees with the story you told on page three.

  • Cross-checked against the proposal narrative
  • Match and in-kind sources laid out clearly

what's in the box

  • Twelve funders vetted against mission, geography and budget size
  • A twelve-month calendar of deadlines
  • Two letters of inquiry, drafted
  • A 90-minute working session with your staff or board

Which one is yours?

Four situations, four starting points.

You've never applied to this funder

start with a letter

Most foundations want a short inquiry before a full ask. At $640, it's the cheapest way to find out if the door opens.

They've invited you to apply

full proposal, plus a budget

The invitation is the hard part. Pair the $2,380 proposal with the $415 narrative so the numbers and the story shake hands.

You did the thinking. We handle the commas, the cuts and the places a reviewer will squint.

Twelve funders and a calendar beat one lucky guess.

Fee questions

Money talk, out loud.

The things people ask right before they ask for a quote.

Why fixed fees instead of hourly?

Because you shouldn't have to wonder what a phone call costs. A fixed fee means we're motivated to be efficient and you can plan your budget around one number.

When do we pay?

You're invoiced once per proposal or package, after you approve the quote. Check, ACH transfer or card.

Can we combine services?

Yes. A full proposal with a budget narrative is the most common pairing. We'll total it in one written quote.

Do you guarantee funding?

No. We guarantee a proposal that answers the funder's actual question, on time, with a budget that agrees with the story.

What if my project doesn't fit any of these?

Tell us on the 20-minute call. We'll quote it fixed or tell you it isn't our kind of job.

Ready when you are

Tell us the funder. We'll send back a number.
